The scan looks for your email in known breach records. An unavailable lookup stays labeled as unavailable.
Read what was exposed
The report identifies the breach and the data types the source reports, such as passwords or phone numbers.
Secure the account
Use the recommendation for that finding. For a leaked password, change it and any copies used on other accounts.

Paid coverage includes weekly breach checks. If a new report includes your email, we send an update with what surfaced and the next steps.
A breach lookup helps you respond to exposure. It does not erase stolen data or establish that an account has been accessed.

Known breaches
Checks use the breach records available from the lookup source. A newly disclosed incident may not appear immediately, and a clear result does not establish that an email has never been exposed.
Data types and recommendations
A report can list passwords, phone numbers, addresses, or dates of birth among the exposed data types. Recommendations depend on the finding; the report does not inspect your accounts or the breached organization’s systems.

The free scan includes a known-breach lookup. Weekly breach checks are part of paid coverage. Monthly full scans for returning public listings are a separate part of the service.
