Get help with your removals

Most questions are about timing, or about a listing that came back. Both are answered below. If your question is about your own account, your dashboard will usually have a more specific answer than this page can.

Questions we get most

How long do removals take?
It varies by site. Some remove a listing within a few days of a request; others take several weeks. A few require an email confirmation before they will act, which we handle for you. Rather than guess, check your removals list — every site we have filed against carries its own status.
My data came back. What now?
Nothing has gone wrong. Brokers rebuild records from fresh sources, so listings do reappear. On a paid plan we run a full scan every month and re-file wherever your data has returned. That recurring pass is the reason removal is a subscription rather than a one-off.
A site is asking me to verify my identity
Some brokers will only accept a removal request from the person named in the listing, and no authorized agent can stand in. When that happens the item shows up under Needs you with the exact steps for that site. It is usually a short form or a reply to an email.
How do I sign in?
There is no password. Enter your email and we send a six-digit code, good for fifteen minutes. If it has not arrived after a minute, check spam and confirm you used the address you signed up with — a second address is the usual explanation for an account that looks empty.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings, with no fees or penalties. Access continues to the end of the billing period, and your removal history stays in your account. Removals already completed are not reversed by cancelling.
What do you do with the details I give you?
They are used to find your listings and to file removals, and for nothing else. We do not sell them. The specifics of how they are stored and who can reach them are on Security & trust.
