Why removing Catalist isn't one-and-done

Catalist's deletion right covers only data collected directly from you, NOT the bulk voter database — to be excluded from products use the opt-out, which functions as an opt-out of database inclusion rather than a classic CCPA 'do not sell' (Catalist says it does not sell data commercially). Voter data continuously refreshed from election officials, so re-exclusion may be needed. Identity and state-residency verification required.
