Separate data request
Delete a Google service (Data & privacy > Delete a Google service) to remove just Gmail/YouTube; My Activity (myactivity.google.com) and Takeout for activity deletion/export without account deletion
Key gotchas
- Breaks 'Sign in with Google' logins — switch those first
- Lose Play purchases, Gmail address (never reusable), Drive, Photos, YouTube
- Transfer Workspace admin/Google Fi/Voice first
- Back up with Takeout first
What this doesn't cover
Deletion does not remove your info from sites that used 'Sign in with Google' or from data brokers, and can break those logins.
Google deletion is the broadest single-account cleanup but doesn't touch broker databases aggregating your name, address, and phone.
