How to opt out of Xlek: step by step
- Go to xlek.com and search your name and state
- Open your profile and click 'Opt-out' / 'Remove My Info'
- Paste your profile URL and enter your email
- Complete the CAPTCHA and click Proceed/Continue
- Confirm via the email link
How long does Xlek removal take?
After you complete the opt-out, Xlek typically processes removals within about 1 week (some sources 7-14 business days; policy allows up to 30 days). By broker standards, that is about average. Many sites take 7 to 45 days.
The catch: your data comes back
The most important thing to understand about Xlek removal: it is temporary.
Multiple profiles each require a separate opt-out. Removal from Xlek does not affect copies on other sites. Data can reappear.
